Welcome to The Drift, nestled in the heart of Whangamata's wellness hub at 320 Casement Road. Our modern, industrial-style studio offers a vibrant space for movement and mindfulness all year round.

At our heart, we’re a community that welcomes all. Whether you’re a weekday local, a weekend regular, or just passing through our beautiful town, come on in - we look forward to meeting you!

Our yoga practice doesn't follow a specific lineage or ancient philosophy; instead, we draw inspiration from a wide variety of yoga and other forms of exercise. We are all about feel-good movement, stretching, breathing and flowing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our Pilates classes offer a fresh and fun twist on the classics, blending core Pilates principles with a good dose of fun. With energising playlists and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll be sure to have a great time while discovering muscles you didn’t know you had!

Each of our teachers brings their own unique flair to a class, so we encourage you to try different instructors and classes that suit your vibe.
